Like any other physical activity, cardio is essential. In boxing, you constantly move around the ring, throwing or dodging punches from your opponent.

Weight Training

Gain the strength needed to dominate your opponent with a knockout. In this part of training, you will learn the necessary exercises to develop the muscles required for the best endurance in the ring.

In this part, your trainer will teach you all the necessary punches and combinations to land on the different types of bags you work with.

Sparring

Sparring is like the pre-fight. You will now put your cardio, strength training, and bag work to the test. Just remember, unlike a punching bag, your opponent will hit back.

How many days can I train a week?

2-3 times a week.

No, all training is 1 on 1 sessions.

Yes, youth classes are on Saturdays from 3-5pm.
